At FastZen, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item isn't right for you, you have a clear framework for returning it or requesting a refund under the best possible conditions.

Return Deadline

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product.

Return Eligibility Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:
Be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging;
Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.);
Not be one of the excluded items (see below).

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected:

You will receive a confirmation email;

If everything is in order, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchange

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will offer:

A standard exchange (subject to availability);

A credit note or a refund, whichever you prefer.

Please include a photo of the product in question with your request.
